Wow this was weird. I'm watching the 2003 World Series of Poker on DVD. In one of the special features, ESPN guy Kenny Mayne is playing in a satellite tournament next to a guy that I played with two separate times at St. Croix Casino in Turtle Lake.
The guy on the left is Kenny Mayne. The guy on the right is mystery guy from Turtle Lake.
If this happens, we could see the return on the poker room at Ho Chunk. As I understand it, there is language in the contract with the state that allows Ho Chunk to offer certain table games so long as the tribe makes their annual payment to the state. Here's hoping!
game this saturday (?)
well i'm up for any night of the week. my sister said we could use her place! she's hosted poker before, and we've had eleven comfortably. this saturday lets go for a trial run: she lives right by union south, so this saturday anyone who is interested in a friendly game of hold'em ($5) meet in the front foyer at 8pm. alright, who's coming??
I'm up for a wed, fri, or sat evening/night game, low stakes. don't care what kind of poker, i'm generally a fan of 7 card stud, hold 'em is alright, but if you explain it, i'm up for anything. don't really care where either. I know no one wants to drive out here, so, any of this work for any of you?
We can talk about the who, when, what, where, and how of madisonpoker
's first live game in this thread. I'll make the page look nicer too.
